The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 44 m² living room with sofa and armchairs, TV
- A dining area for enjoying a meal together
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. and a utility room with access to the swimming pool.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed
- Bathroom with shower and bath, vanity unit and WC
- Separate WC

On the air-conditioned 1st floor (under the roof) :
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- A reading area

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 10 m² swimming pool (private, unheated) facing west, semi-underground. Open all year round, equipped with an alarm. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.

The house is ideally located in Six-Fours-les-Plages, in a quiet area close to the forest for walking and mountain biking. Just 1 km from the town centre and 3 km from the beaches.
