"John was super-quick to respond to any question I had, and was incredibly accommodating. This property is beautiful, intimate, spacious, and clean. 6 adults just getting away for the long weekend and we all enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.Thank you John for a wonderful stay!"

"We had a really pleasant stay at this resort. The room was nice, view of the water was great. It wasn’t crowded, we had easy access to our kayak and the shore so we took a few lovely paddles around the many islands and rivers. Sadly, their beautiful indoor pool was closed for renovations while we were there, but we had easy access to their tennis court. The grounds were a little unkept, but staff were quick to attend to anything reported. Location was great as we had pretty easy access to nearby towns and interesting hikes. We would definitely recommend others going here as long as they were easy going and outdoorsy."

"The whole family really enjoyed our stay at Dan's cottage on Six Mile Lake. It was a beautiful, comfy spot, on a lovely property with all the necessary cottage trimmings. Paddling, swimming and the nearby jumping rock were highlights. A great getaway."

"We had a lovely stay for a week! We loved the location and was easy to dock our seadoos at the docks. There are so many different areas to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The cottage was well equipped and is very spacious for bigger groups. We enjoyed the games room with the pool table, ping pong and darts! This cottage was the perfect place to enjoy a nice week on the water with friends!"

"The cottage and its surroundings didn’t not disappoint; the place was clean, well equipped and just about right size for a party of two. Recommended for a nice getaway. The dock and water toys are shared between two other cottages so need to be mindful of that."

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage. It is a true cottage - rustic and charming - which is exactly what we were looking for. Inside was neat and tidy and exterior spaces were lovely. We spent lots of time on the great new dock and start gazing at night. The kitchen is small and simply stocked with cookware and utensils, etc. , and we are a group of friends who cook, so be sure to check ahead for the materials you need to make your food experience a success. Some additional plates/cutlery would be great so you are not having to wash dishes during prep and meals. I suggested to the host to provide bath towels for future instead of disposable ones. My 20-year old niece loved cute bunkie with it's own little porch for taking in the views. We brought up our own Brita water filter as an added option for dealing with the water (doesn't taste great, despite being safe to drink) and found that we had no problems. Be sure to plan ahead for water taxi and additional parking fees at the marina, and check around to find the best rates. We paid more at Village Marina that our friend who came up later and parked at Honey Harbour Boat Club which was closer (so the water taxi was 50, not 80 as it was from Village Marina) and the daily parking rate was also cheaper there. Ying was friendly and helpful, and responded to questions in a timely manner. We would all come again."
