"Cleanliness can be improved and beds are very soft. We didn’t like it. Every room has a lock and one was locked upon arrival. We had to request the code to open the door. We asked to check out later. Only 2hrs later possible. We booked 2 apartments and asked for a late check out for only o e apartment. They charged us for both.
