My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms.

"We stayed for 1 night. The property is elegantly decorated. The area is residential and you can reach the center of the city easily by car and public transport and even by walking for a bit more. Parking on the road was easy to find. The room was clean , spacious with comfortable beds .We asked for a cot and it was provided although it was not mentioned in the amenities, therefore we would advise the property to edit their amenities description. "Waren zum Skisprungweltcup in Klingenthal.Preiswertes Hotel für den kleinen Geldbeutel. Das Personal ist nett und zuvorkommend. Ein - und Auschecken war problemlos. Frühstück war ausreichend mit Luft nach oben. Das Restaurant bietet gute deftige tschechische Küche zu vergleichsweise kleinen Preisen.
Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit war überall o.k. Kann man für einen Kurzurlaub ruhig weiterempfehlen. "
