"Be aware check in is 4 pm - no exceptions and there’s no way/place to store bags, hang out, etc. We were really late check in and early check out so we didn’t get to use hot tub but hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast had hot and cold options. We walked to waterfall before having breakfast (available 8-10) and were the only ones at the waterfall"

"The hotel is clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. The breakfast offers a good variety of fresh fruit and cold cuts. I would suggest also including plain, unsweetened yoghurt, as during our stay only sweetened yoghurt was available.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"There were 4 units to each structure all were on ground level. We were able to back up to our door and unload our luggage straight into the entery. They do ask you to take your shoes off before you enter the main living area. Super comfy beds, great kitchen (no freezer but nice size refrigerator), very quiet, staff was very helpful and friendly, and the views were amazing!! We would definitely stay again for multiple days."

"8/10 experience. The hotel was great. The only reason for docking the score is our room. At first it seemed like a great spot because we had a fantastic view of the waterfall. We were in room 21, so as close to it as could be which was amazing. The downside to that was, we were next to the restaurant, and staff frequently came out back for breaks and would talk on their phones and smoke. We wanted to leave our window open (the room was HOT), to let in the cool air but we couldn't because of the noise and the smoking."

"The checkin process is terrible. Requiring an email to get a code and only getting it a day or two ahead of of arrival day is very bad when I am travelling with no access to internet or email. Some person should be available to checkin with. If a code is required, it should be sent many days ahead - at least a week. We began travelling 9 days before our checkin date, and to another country and on a ship for 7 days. This process was very bad at the start of our stay. The rest of the stay was great, after I finally got our code by logging into email after arriving and in the entry of this place - thankfully!"

"Bien. La cuisine était fonctionnelle mais vous devez tout tout tout avoir hormis la vaisselle. Pas de machine à café. Pas de sel et poivre. Il n'y avait pas de rideau pour la fenêtre de la porte du pod donc pas de noirceur totale. Pas de miroir dans le pod. Il faudrait aussi plus de crochets... tous ses petits plus qui rendent l'endroit fonctionnel, pratique et agréable sont absents. La distance pour les toilettes la nuit était vraiment considérable. Pour le prix nous avons eu beaucoup mieux..."
