"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "The staff at this hotel, both Reception and at Breakfast, were excellent. Very friendly and willing to assist when required. This hotel is so well located in the centre of Oberstdorf. You could not ask for better. We had a large bedroom with an excellent shower and toilet facility. Nevertheless, two areas to point out.
