Die Zimmer sind klein, sehr sauber und hübsch zurechtgemacht. Das Personal war an allen Ecken sehr freundlich, höflich und zu vorkommend. Alle Fragen wurden höflich beantwortet. "The hotel is in a prime location, walking distance from the slopes and hiking trails. Beds were very nice and included breakfast was also very good."

"Die Unterkunft wäre für unseren zweck ausreichend gewesen. Aber leider mussten wir feststellen, dass die Rollläden nicht funktionierten und die sauberkeit nur am Boden festzustellen war. An der Decke im Bad und im Schlafbereich waren leider lauter Spinnweben. Davon waren wir weniger begeistert. De Eingangsbereich zum Gebeude lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Auch in Sachen Sicherheit."

"Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn."
