Villa Sundance - Endless Blue & Sunset Views!

Sundance Skiathos Villa is a brand new luxury villa in the picturesque Kehria area, built in 2024. It boasts stunning sea and sunset views, luxurious amenities, and a serene setting for privacy and seclusion. Perfectly located near Kehria Beach and the historic Kastro—Skiathos’ Medieval Old Town, it blends modern luxury with the tranquil beauty of nature.

The villa features four elegantly designed bedrooms, three offering infinite sea views. The open-plan kitchen leads into a splendid living room with sea views.

Outside, guests can enjoy a BBQ area with a dining table, a patio, and a heated infinity swimming pool, all against breathtaking views.

The villa is on one level, allowing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces for the ideal summer lifestyle, except for two steps down to the pool area.

Located 15 minutes from Skiathos town, access to the villa is via a paved road.
