Pleasant stay
It was a nice place to stay in, I'd recommend it. I did find it a bit impersonal like I was just another guest. I was hoping to chat a bit more with the owners, owner didn't seem very interested in talking, or finding out a bit more about me, which was different to my experience in Ireland as they do like a chat. However it was a pleasant stay

The gentleman who checked us in was so sweet. Room was cute, clean & comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Good location- in close proximity to bars & restaurants. Great stay!!!

Ilenroy House B&B Review
With the travel to Skibbereen taking longer than anticipated we rang ahead to advise that we would be late arriving (21:15). This late arrival was not a problem. Check in was smooth and quick and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The hosts could not have been more welcoming and friendly. I will certainly be staying here again next time I am in Skibbereen and would recommend staying there to anyone.

If I knew that we would receive a 'breakfast roll' for morning breakfast I would have used somewhere else, I thought it was a bit lazy. Breakfast sittings could have been staggered. Also, the website indicated checkout at 11 am, although a sign on the door said 1030am.....we were getting a phone call at 1045 as we were exiting our room to 'drive us out'....it was a little unwelcoming
