10/10 Excellent

A gem of a place, no real grouses. The only thing that would make a huge improvement is, we had a small room, not a problem but storage was limited, a couple of coat hooks on the inside of the door to take jackets would be most useful. The bedside tables exchanged for bedside cabinets with a drawer and a small cupboard would be very useful. Otherwise, staff were great, cleanliness perfect, plenty of tea/coffee, even honey if you prefer instead of sugar, chocolate chip cookies even!!! Location...
