  • You’ll find this beautiful Kalmar-style house from 1974 with an attached annex, connected by a bright glass structure that serves as an entryway. From the living room and the glass entryway, a fantastic view of the Great Belt opens up, and the house is surrounded by large pine trees with a second-row ocean view.



    Inside, the color scheme features natural wood and black, and the high vaulted ceilings create an airy atmosphere. The annex contains a bedroom and a small workshop, providing ample space for both living and activities.



    Outside, a large terrace awaits, extending into a huge lawn—perfect for play and relaxation. The scenic property is surrounded by large, beautiful pine trees that provide shelter and privacy.
