About this property

Rodianna Beautiful House

  • First floor consists of a spacious living room with access to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a WC and a small utility room containing the washing machine. A marble staircase leads to the second floor, which consists of a bathroom and two fully equipped wooden floor bedrooms with access to a common balcony.
    Both bedrooms can be rearranged, upon request, to contain either a double bed or two singles. Every area of the house is air conditioned. There is one air condition unit in the living room and one in each of the bedrooms. All windows and doors of the building comply to the latest heat and sound regulations.
