Blue Spiridon offers you high ceilings throughout the three story house.
The top floor provides a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and dining area. It opens up to a large comfortable roof terrace with BBQ, dining and sitting area. A remote controlled awning allows you to enjoy the terrace all day. From the beautiful sunrise to the illuminated city at night.
Second floor is the Living room with open fireplace and balcony with sea view, double French doors opens up into the second bedroom.
On the first floor a spacious entry way with good storage. Full ceramic bathroom and the master suite with its own private ceramic bath and balcony with sea view. Access to a private enclosed cozy courtyard.
From the courtyard you will find the laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and iron avaiable.
Both bedrooms are equipped with AC and free WiFi.
