Loutraki, below the villa, also features shops, excellent seafood taverns, and cafes, as well as the nearest beaches. It is, of course, the ferry terminal, so you can be back at your villa within minutes of disembarking.

The views from the villa are truly amazing, taking in the island’s west coast all the way down to the nearby Armenopetra Beach and across the Aegean Sea to the island of Evia.

The property is enclosed by fences and hedges, with gated access to the parking area. The front features a lawn with a swimming pool in the centre, creating a private and quiet haven. Upstairs, there is a large terrace serving both double bedrooms, complete with a seating area where you can take in the views, and downstairs there are additional shaded terraces furnished with outdoor furniture. The barbecue area also includes a dining table, so you can eat indoors or outdoors.
