"We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. "Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. "Es ist ein tolles Hotel. Wir sind nicht zum ersten Mal da. Aber es war schon besser. Grundsätzlich ist es immer noch ein super Hotel. Daher schreibe ich nur was diesmal nicht so gut lief. Das Frühstück am Sonntag ist großartig. An den anderen Tagen fehlt aber einiges. Saunatücher sollten am Spabereich verteilt werden. Wir haben für Vier leider nur ein Handtuch bekommen. Aber was leider auch nicht geht, ist das die beiden Ladeplätze für Elektroautos ständig von nicht ladenden Pkws zugeparkt...

Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. "Liegt am Waldrand etwas ausserhalb und man kann vom Specht geweckt werden. 450 m zum Frühstück wandern. Kein Fahrstuhl. Restaurant im Hotel hat dauerhaft geschlossen. Terrasse ist nutzbar."
