About this property

The Cabin in Town | Sleeps 4| Pet Friendly

  • Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cabin in town. This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath pet friendly home located in Slayton, MN. All living area on 1 floor. There are a couple steps up to the house. We offer short term (2 night minimum) to long term leases. The cabin in town will be fully furnished with quality wifi for streaming your favorite movies.

    HOUSE RULES:

    -Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately, and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested.

    -Please dump trash in trash bin provided outside.

    -Dump all food from fridge and cupboards. Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee.

    -No smoking of ANY KIND indoors!

    -Message host for pet approval. Pet fee of $50/stay. If you need to leave your pet behind, we do ask for you to put them in a kennel, unattended. Clean up after your pets, indoors and outdoors.

    -Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.

    -We allow early check in and late check out when and if we can accommodate with cleaners. This would be a $50 fee for an early check in or if you need a late check out, this would be a $50 fee as well. Thanks for respecting our cleaners time.
