This property is new. and is a excellant accommodation. 5 min. walk to the beach. a variety of grocery stores close to apt. Bus system stop across the street from apt.

Fantastic place!

Great place for a family of 3 adults and two kids. Near interesting places and bus stops. Easy to be reached by public means.

Great location and easy to get around. Apartment is new and modern. Nice bakery nearby. However WiFi randomly drops out a few times a day, requiring a reboot of the router. Also bedside lamps have European plugs which do not fit into the powerpoints (UK type). These were minor gripes though. Still glad that we’d stayed here.

Casa pulita,spaziosa e moderna. Im questa vacanza eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli. La casa era arredata con tutti i comfort,lavatrice,forno,microonde e lavastoviglie,e la cosa più essenziale 2 bagni. A pochi passi c"era un supermercato,farmacia,macelleria e si trovava a pochi passi dal mare. Siamo stati super soddisfati dell'accoglienza e della permanenza

Comfort apartment, great location

Very clean and comfort apartment. Short way on the beach, shopping area and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet, area is resedential area and that is great for example family with kids.

Great Hacienda.

The contact with Hacienda Apartments before arrival was very good and promptly. They even arranged pick up from the airport and back again. Upon arrival we were treated very well an professional. The apartment was almost brand new, modern, nice and tidy and the kitchen well equipped. The Wi-Fi worked well. The surroundings were nice and quiet and still close to Sliema Waterfront as well as St. Julians. We also found a good Supermarket and other shops in the neighbourhood. Over all a nice experience and exactly what we were looking for. We warmly recommend. Many thanks to Hacienda! Two Finnish 60+ couples

The apartment review should be 5* but the management company let it down. It's a 'smart' house with key code entry, but there is no security or privacy. On the first morning there was a knock at the door, I ignored it because I was in the shower, so the guy let himself in!!! He was there for the maintenance of the fire extinguisher, fair enough but why weren't we told the day before when we checked in? There is no additional lock on the main door to the apartment so basically if the management company want to let themselves in then you can't stop them! You have better security in a regular hotel room because at least you can put the bolt on the door. They returned the fire extinguisher 6 days later, same routine of knocking and letting themselves in but this time he was met by my husband in his boxers making coffee! There are no locks on any doors in the apartment. We were just away as a couple but I imagine if you are a couple with kids then you have no chance of 'alone' time because the kids can just burst in! It's also not the excitement we were hoping for in our relationship, walking in on each other while on the toilet because there's no locks on the bathroom doors!!! We asked if we could check out 2 hours later because we had a later flight, they said 'yeah that's fine' and then the day before they said it would be 50 quid for 2 hours!!! We checked out on time but they were knocking on the door at 0830, check out 1000. Apartment 5* management 3* needs much improvement
