The hotel is in a great location and the staff are all friendly and very helpful. I had a side sea view on the third floor and found it to be very noisy, however the bed was very comfortable and great shower which was welcome after a day exploring

Clean, spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Extremely helpful staff. Very well located for day trips to Valletta and beyond. Rooms are surprisingly quiet given location on the waterfront. Highly recommended.

Excellent 14 day say from the minute i walked into the Verdi i was welcomed and detailed places of interest in a warm manner. Front desk staff a credit to hospitality. Rooms spacious and tidy. Breakfast staff efficent and on stand by. Plentiful food and fresh produce. Overall class a Holiday.

Excellent place to stay in Malta! Excellent breakfast options, very comfortable rooms and chic looking too - loved the separate seating area. Indoor and outdoor pool were fantastic, and sauna was good too. All of the staff were amazing, particularly Carolina and Juliana. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was perfect for our vacation. There’s many restaurants/pubs within a 5-10 minute walk and the bus stop is right across the street that can take you directly to Valletta. The receptionist was extremely helpful and gave excellent recommendations on where to eat and top things to check out. Would go back again!:)

What a fabulous little gem, comfortable rooms, ours was a deluxe with sea view, overlooking the grand harbour, Verdi is ideally situated close to shops, bars, transport, ferries. Friendly & helpful staff, great buffet breakfast every morning.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Nicole. The hotel is located at a fantastic location with a great view of the Sliema bay. The rooms with balconies are fantastic. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Good breakfast with variety of food options…The only slight problem that we had was that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the air down enough. Their technician fixed it but, the issue kept repeating.

Wonderful, clean, modern and quiet hotel. We had a sea view room which had a beautiful view across the harbour to Valletta. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. Rooms have comfortable air conditioning and are very well soundproofed! With the sliding door shut, the room is very quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Valletta ferry and bus services around the island, plus nearby good restaurants and cafés, shopping streets, pharmacies and a large Lidl.

Overall good, a few small issues, great location
Great location with fab views over harbour from front facing rooms. A little road noise but not excessive. Being a newish hotel i expected better quality and cleanliness, but already signs of wear and tiredness in rooms and bathrooms. Shower started to leak during stay, reported to reception but wasnt fixed (looks look someone attempted it but didnt resolve it) Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and bar was well priced,

Great modern hotel
Great modern hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location with a great bathroom, comfy bed and lovely breakfast. Tow downsides, the road is loud outside and will affect your sleep. The air con is loud so cannot have that on at night

The only thing I will criticise here is the dining area. The breakfast area is just not great. One coffee machine 40 odd clients . It just does not work & it is in the wrong place. It needs to be well away from the food area. You cannot move there when there is a queue.

No porter service for luggage. No issue for but concerned for older incapacitated travelers. Breakfast needs improvement—pre fried eggs and omelettes—really?? —who eats that! Excellent location.
Very nice location , view. Nice room. It was our anniversary and the room was decorated really nice. Only annoying thing was construcction noise was very strong you could hear the jackhammer inside the room. Buffet breakfast very good. The price a little high compared to other hotels we have stayed at the waterfront in Sliema. Pool ok.

From the moment I booked, to our arrival, everything was flawless. I asked for a special room because we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary as a surprise for my husband. The people at the front desk and the wait staff for breakfast were always smiling and gracious. The location was exceptional. The Hop On, Hop Off Bus was right in front of the hotel and the view from our hotel balcony was spectacular.

Verdi all the way!
We had a great stay. So happy to have chosen Sliema as a base camp for our first visit in Malta, and even happier to have chosen Hotel Verdi to stay at. From the view of the bay and Valetta at sunrise from our balcony to the friendliness of the staff, the comfortable bed and pillows, the large two sink bathroom and shower, the excellent breakfast, the great roof top pool to watch the sunset over the hill this hotel has all the elements to please. We fell it is great value for the money spent. No hotel parking but we found parking within 200m of the hotel every time we came back from our daily outings.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable
It is a lovely and modern hotel, good breakfast and conveniently located close to the Valletta Ferry and a bus stop with options to the Airport. We had a room with Seaview and it was lovely to wake up with the harbour view and the sunshine. The staff were most friendly, helpful and welcoming, with one little exception to the lady who sells tours, when we informed her we had no interest since we had been in Malta for a few days and had done tours already. If I could offer a suggestion, there would be other ways to offer this type of service and also to deal with the outcome of the offer. It could be only our own impression, but I thought this may assist the hotel in improving this type of offer to guests.

Location Location...
We stayed a week in June. Location of the hotel is great, close to ferries and buses and bars and restaurants. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help. Room was comfortable - we'd splashed out on a sea view room and it was a wonderful view from the balcony. Couple of minor negatives - the frosted glass screen between the bathroom and bedroom so if you used the bathroom at night - turning on the light would light up the bedroom as well. Of the twin sinks only one had decent water pressure. And the pool area was disappointing - felt cramped - but it was on the roof so limited space. Breakfast was great - although we were a bit board with it after a week. Overall a lovely place. Bit over my price range generally but we treated ourselves and very much enjoyed it.

The reception staff were always available, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were good and there were always tables because the staff were so efficient. The room itself was a dulux double with a balcony and this was outstanding. As were the pool facilities.
