Viollca at housekeeping greeted me and asked if I was satisfied. Of course I thanked her for great service and look forward to my next stay in the heart of Priština. I believe sometimes when visiting a new city there are worries and fears but the host went out of their way to give amazing recommendations, amazing help and was responsive to whatever we needed.
