"Nice boutique hotel, with heping staff and a good breakfast service. The climatizacion was good. However the information is misleading. It is right by the loading docks, and you have a 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants following the road. The

consists of a jacuzzi that could not gobin because Inwas told I had to reserve three hours in advance... The worse is that you can not park anywhere around the hotel without paying parking. The room is nice but not fuctional and racks for luggage...

" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in.
