"The location and views were amazing! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets every evening, and it was so convenient to drive to the T and Ferry for easy access into Boston each day. We also loved being able to safely bike around the neighborhood and explore the area.Since this was our first time visiting, there were a few things about the waterfront that we hadn’t anticipated. I had imagined we would do more swimming, but at high tide there wasn’t really a shoreline, and at low tide there was quite a bit of algae and seaweed. My son loves to fish, so the amount of seaweed made that a little challenging. I’m sure guests who know the area may already be familiar with these conditions.The house had a wonderful, comfortable, lived-in character—it almost felt like staying at your grandma’s house for the weekend, which gave it a very homey feel. The major surfaces were clean.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the beautiful setting, incredible sunsets, and convenient location for exploring Boston."

"JENNY, OUR AGENT WAS VERY ATTENTIVE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS OTHER THAN THERE WERE NO TELEVISIONS IN EVERY BEDROOM. PERHAPS THAT SHOULD BE LISTED. MY TEENAGERS BROUGHT THERE GAMING SYSTEMS AND COULDN'T CONNECT TO A TV, EXCEPT IN THE LIVING ROOM. OVERALL, I CAME WITH A PARTY OF 14 AND THERE ARE ENOUGH BEDS FOR EVERYONE TO SLEEP COMFORTABLY. AND, THE HOUSE IS SPACIOUS. WE PLAN ON RENTING AGAIN WHEN WE RETURN TO QUINCY."

"This was a perfect home base for our family of four on our trip to Boston. We really enjoyed being able to relax and unwind outside of the city each evening. Walks on the beach across the street and the sunset views over the water from the deck were the perfect way to end each night. Boston was easily accessible by the ferry or the T. This home has everything you could want or need. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was the perfect place! Kim was very responsive and helpful as a host. The location was great - we easily visited Boston via car and using the T multiple times. The area is very walkable - we did walks on the beach and through the neighborhood. The house itself had lots of space with big TVs, comfortable beds, useful kitchen space, and laundry. Our kids enjoyed the comfortable couch and games. Would highly recommend!!"
