The room, service and hospitality were all top notch. The breakfast was so so because you didn’t offer eggs without cheese. And the potatoes were much too spicy. The juice and coffee were very good. The breakfast room was very comfortable, clean, organized and welcoming. I will definitely stay again ...

Nancy at the front desk was beyond amazing. The sliding bathroom door was difficult to maneuver.

The Underwood-Hale House
Amazing beautiful room. Super clean. Very homey. Location is great. Close to brown and everything else. Had such a beautiful Christmas stay . The decoration of Christmas very beautiful. Had a beautiful Christmas gathering with my children . Will definitely stay here again

Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!
The host was amazing and had great communication. Super cute room. She even made it special as she found out it was my birthday weekend. She also had home made soaps and sprays that all smelled amazing.

Cozy cottage in Warwick's West Bay
Home was quaint. Kitchen was complete with everything needed for cooking. Large refrigerator. Back yard has a swing set and a fire pit. Side yard had a tire swing.
