"I got in late and I appreciated there was someone at the door to help me. I checked in fast and was given an impecable room on a top floor away from noise. Loved my room 603. My experience was accentuated by the kind and cheerful staff there, I spoke to 3 of the lobby people during my stay. I even bought the bath robe, a souvenir from one of the most memorable experiences during my hectic work travels. The bar has been raised :) thank you"

"The hotel was clean, rooms and beds were very comfortable. The A/C in our room wasn’t working properly, but was fixed within 30 minutes once we notified the front desk. Check in/out was fast and easy, and valet service was fast and easy as well. Overall, we had a great stay!"
