"Stayed here while in Cookeville and overall it was just okay. The room floor was noticeably dirty, which isn’t a great first impression. Check-in was also a bit frustrating—the system seemed outdated and had trouble processing my card, which slowed things down more than expected. The property itself feels worn and could definitely use some updates. You can tell it’s seen a lot of use over the years. That said, there aren’t a ton of hotel options in the area, so it gets the job done if you just need a place to sleep. Just go in with realistic expectations."
