"This was a great location with an awesome view. The host was friendly and prompt with communications. We made a note to pay for trip insurance to cover our trip in case the weather showed snow/ice as the road/driveway is very steep. Kitchen appliances were good and stocked with above average cookware. They were kind enough to include two space heaters which we used downstairs. I would not recommend more than 6 people for this property, unless you bring your own air mattress. The foldout couch did not initially have a set of sheets the first night and seems to be breaking - I would not try to sleep adults on it. We were lucky in that we had 2 children, so one slept with us on the King and our other slept on the couch without folding it out.With exception to some dead flies in and around the windows the whole property was in great shape. You can tell that the hosts care deeply about the property and put much work into it. We would surely consider staying here again for our next Ruidoso trip."

"This beautiful home couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay in Ruidoso! A beautiful large living area with plenty of comfortable couch and dining seating for the entire family to be together for meals, playing games, or just relaxing. The 4 bedrooms each having their own bathrooms was one of the most convenient homes we’ve ever stayed in. Susan was a wonderful host and we appreciate the care she took of us during our stay!"
