"Absolutely perfect stay!! Extremely clean and the owners are wonderful people!! We enjoyed our stay so much.. this was probably our 5th stay in the area and it was PERFECT!! Do yourself a favor and stay here!! The low reviews are ridiculous.. more people take time to complain rather than give credit where credit is due and this place, the owners, cleanliness and location are all TOP NOTCH!! We will be back!! It's also worth noting that they are located conveniently right beside a Dollar General!! Just in case you forget something! Thank you again to the owners for making our stay AMAZING!! ♥️♥️"

"The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so crowded with houses which leaves you with an open space on the beach every day. You are a short (8 to 15 mins) drive to all types of grocery stores, beach shops, and restaurants. Next street over within a short walking distance, you will find Andrews Produce that has fresh produce each day like corn, butter beans, watermelon, and more plus my favorite, boiled peanuts.If you like low country boil, I recommend Topsail Steamer. You bring it back home in the provided bucket and cook it in the bucket using their provided seasoning and instructions. I will definitely be wanting to stay again. Look at the great view of the intercoastal waterway I took one evening from the deck."

"Had a great time. We were 20 of us on a family trip. The hosts Richard & Jenifer were prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. The Air conditioner on the top floor broke down one evening but was fixed the next morning. Overall a good trip."
