All three bedrooms provide beautiful water views. The sandy beach is less than a 5-minute walk across the street where you can enjoy the Atlantic Ocean, relax in the sun, take a stroll along the surf, or take dip in the ocean Take the walkway down to the community dock to drop a line, go crabbing, launch a kayak, or just enjoy one of the spectacular sunsets over the Intracoastal Waterway. The inviting outdoor space under the house is surrounded by lush greenery creating a serene atmosphere to enjoy a nice ocean breeze while enjoying time together with your family and friends. It features comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging and a private enclosed outdoor shower perfect for a quick rinse or the most wonderful relaxing hot water shower under the palm trees, clouds, and sun.
