 just steps from the ocean in North Topsail Beach. This southside duplex 
offers covered porches with beautiful ocean views, plus a convenient walkway to beach access nearby. Designed with a reverse floor plan to 
maximize the ocean views, the top level features an airy, open concept living area with cathedral ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and 
an adjoining kitchen and dining space. The bright, well-equipped kitchen 
has everything you need for an easy stay. Enjoy coastal comfort and convenience as you listen to the waves and 
take in the views from the covered porches. Don’t be surprised if you see 
dolphins while sipping your favorite beverage! 

Beach days are effortless, with public access a short walk (less than 250 
feet) using the boardwalk beside the house. When you return, rinse off in 
the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, then take advantage of covered 
parking and the exterior elevator to all floors for bringing groceries, 
beach gear, and luggage upstairs with ease. Start and end your day on the porches, soaking in ocean views and sunrise skies - pure “Seaclusion.”

Your beach rental is located approximately 2.9 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. Simply cross over a quiet dead-end street for easy beach access!  The best part is the walkway next to the house for easy beach access (less than 250 ft to beach access)!  
Head to Surf City to restaurants, shops, Surf City Pier and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle 
Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.
