Cozy couples retreat, dog friendly, 1 block to ocean or sound
Quiet street 1 mile from north end of North Topsail, across street from the St. Regis. 1 block or less to public beach access and public pier/dock. Queen bed, spectrum internet and 15-channel cable package, wall-mounted TV that can rotate to watch from bed or sofa. Kitchen has the essentials including coffee maker, toaster and stock pot for your shrimp boil. Outdoor space equal to three rooms -- front and back deck, choose sunshine or shade. Under the house is completely screened in with ceiling fan, new couches for a nap, minifridge and shower with hot and cold water.
In short, the place is small but has everything you need for a cozy couples getaway.
Dog friendly, with 4x8 kennel in the screened in breezeway and 2 crates available for inside. (Pet fee $20/night. Please check box under number of guests when booking.)
St. Regis has top floor restaurant/bar and the open-air Tiki Bar is a short walk and features local characters who will welcome and entertain you!

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed (including a crate for the dog!). It was a super convenient walk to the ocean and a quiet neighborhood. We particularly appreciated the screened-in porch area underneath the home, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather without getting eaten up by the bugs. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks again for the great place to stay and for allowing dogs.

Cozy Beach Getaway!
Lovely little property just a short walk from the beach. Luke was a great host, quick to reply and very thoughtful with the accommodations at the property. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

In Town for wedding
My husband and I attended a wedding at the St. Regis. This place was literally right across the street and it was so convenient to just walk over to the venue and walk back after the evening was done. Also, very short walk to the beach with easy access.
We found the place very clean and we had everything we needed. They had many amenities that we didn’t get to enjoy, like a grill, because our stay was short.
Overall, great place to stay.

Sweet and relaxing ocean getaway
This unit was quite charming and was just what was needed for our weekend getaway. The unit was clean and a very short walk to the ocean. I loved that it was dog friendly with a crate already setup and ready to use. Even though we did not get a chance to use, the outside downstairs area was awesome! Had a sectional, tv, dog kennel and outdoor shower. I would certainly stay here again.

Nice weekend getaway
We love the place. Very dog friendly and love the area under the porch. It was so relaxing, short walk to the beautiful beach and sunsets on the bay!!! We went for our anniversary and it was very relaxing!! Thank you!!! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect place!
This was a great stay for a long weekend at the beach. Studio felt spacious and was stocked with everything we needed. The beach was a quick walk away. Host was helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Unmatched hospitality
Luke’s place was perfect for a couple. We would definitely bring our dog next time we come because he has thought of everything you would need to have your pup along. He has also thought of everything for us as well. Anything we could have needed was there when we arrived including snacks and drinks. We really loved our evening under the porch listening to the waves in the screened in area. We only wish we had had more time to enjoy it!

Perfect Short Trip
Property was very cute and right across from the beach. Very quick and easy to get to store and base. Awesome little kennels for the pups and we loved hanging in the downstairs section soaking in fresh air!
