Green Lobstah - Direct Sound View townhome with Pool, steps to beach, 3BR, 2.5BA

Green Lobstah is a well-maintained townhouse with breathtaking direct views of Stump Sound and the Intracoastal waterway. You will witness the most gorgeous views of the sunset. From the front of the townhouse, enjoy the views of the ocean and community pool. There is a private community beach access just steps away. You can take advantage of the community pier to go fishing or to launch your kayak in the Intercoastal waterway or just enjoy the views from one of the three decks.

Green Lobstah offers 3 bedrooms downstairs. Master bedroom features a sound view with queen bed, en suite bathroom and deck access. Second bedroom features a queen bed with deck access and sound view. 3rd bedroom offers twin over double bunk bed. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a bathroom. Washer and dryer also available.

Upstairs offers a spacious living room with a queen pull out sofa, kitchen and dining room with amazing views! Green Lobstah is fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items and even linens and beach chairs are provided! You can conveniently rinse off any sand in an outdoor cold water only shower.

Note there are outdoor cameras over the front and back stairs. These are used for security when the property is vacant and will be turned off once guests arrive.

Family vacation

The condo is clean. The hosts are friendly. They have supplied more than most. Plenty of dishes, hairdryers in both the full bathrooms, soaps, shampoos, and laundry soap. Beach towels and accessories. Beds have very firm mattresses. Close to beach access. The outside light by the front door and under the house did not work. Other than that, me and my family enjoyed the house, neighborhood, and beach.
