With enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests, it's the perfect destination for family reunions, group getaways, or anyone in search of a beachfront paradise. Step through the front door and be greeted by a beach-themed oasis with high-quality furnishings and decor that exude a relaxed, coastal charm. As the waves crash just beyond your back decks, unwind in the private pool and hot tub, or challenge friends to a game of pool in the game room. Every corner of "Island Time" offers the chance to savor the beauty of beach living, and the views from the back decks are nothing short of spectacular. Pools are open May - September. This pool can be heated October, November, March & April.
All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
· Full set of linens for each bed
· 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
· 1 bathmat for each full bath
· Bed making is not available
Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets ($10/set).
A starter kit will also be included which includes:
· 1 roll of paper towels
· 2 rolls of toilet paper
· 1 small dish soap
· 2 dishwasher tablets
