MareBella Is a great spot to enjoy and relax at the beach!

$100 fee will be charged if septic pump is clogged during your stay. Red light on pump will come on.

* We also offer properties in Surf City. Check out Palm Breeze in the heart of Surf City 1 block from the pier. OR try Belle Brísa. Canal front with Dock and boat slip. Bring your water toys!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
*Please take all used towels and leave them in the master bathroom basket. *Please leave beds unmade if used, and bedding left on. --If you care to run a load of towels, that's always helpful.
Sign out of any device and log off. Please leave a note if anything needs attention. Run dishwasher the night before check out. Check out is 10am promptly please. Remove any trash.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Marebella. It was possibly the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Communication with the owner was spot on. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Was a great property with the best beach access. Beautifully decorated and it wanted for nothing. Best part was that we got to bring our two dachshunds who had a great time on the beach. Thanks for being a pet friendly house.

The house was as described plus very welcoming. There was plenty of seating area in the gathering tv room. The street in front was lightly traveled so pets could be walked easily. There were many pets in the area houses. A plus for us was a turtle nest near the beach access right across the street and the turtles hatched while we were there.

George was a great host. He was very informative throughout the whole process. His home is fantastic. The location is perfect as it’s only steps away from the beach. The amenities were as stated on the site. Everything we needed and more. The house was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for families.
