Literally foot steps away from sun and sand! Set in a neighborhood with many long time home owners creating a quiet, family setting( less crowded beach). This spacious home has room for your whole family! Minutes from shopping, food, and fun! Everything you need for a beach vacation is just a click away, including linens, towels, with starter toiletries & paper products. What are you waiting for? The beach is calling! The house maximizes the ocean view with many windows allowing bright light to come inside. There are many custom special touches such as vessel sinks on top of granite countertops, tile bathroom flooring as well as entry. No wall to wall carpet to trap odor and dirt. Spacious outdoor shower. Great place to ride bikes . Very well stocked kitchen for those who enjoy cooking. Elevator to bring up groceries, luggage or to help guests with mobility issues. The entire house is open to guests with the exception of a few storage closets for owner belongings.
