Sky Paradise: Modern Oceanfront Townhome @ Top Shelf Stays
- Newly built oceanfront townhome in North Topsail Beach offering breathtaking ocean views, private balconies off every bedroom, elevator access to all floors, a modern open-concept living space, and a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. Enjoy direct beach access, a community pool, and the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal escape.
The pool is a seasonal community pool and is not owned or managed by the property owner or host. Pool availability, hours of operation, and maintenance schedules are determined by the community/HOA and may change without notice.
For now, pool hours are 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM and opens in between May 1st till September 30th. Because this is a shared community amenity, we cannot guarantee availability, cleanliness, occupancy levels, or operating conditions during your stay. The pool is typically open seasonally, weather and maintenance permitting.
If pool access is important to your stay, we recommend confirming availability prior to booking.
