Unit 3201 St. Regis is a chic condo with easy to clean tile flooring throughout, an open floor plan with shiplap detailing, and a fresh modern coastal kitchen. 



Ground Level: Free Parking for 2 vehicles. Outdoor showers at the pool.  Elevator or Stairs to property level.



Property Level: We are a one story condo on the third floor.

Living Room: leather sofa and loveseat, country armoire, credenza with work counter and bench, Smart TV, bar seating for 4 

Kitchen: open bar counter to living room, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, electric range, microwave, fully equipped for preparing meals at home.

Primary Bedroom Suite: queen bed, chest, TV, ensuite bath.

Ensuite Bath: step-in shower, single vanity with concrete countertop, toilet.

Alcove: built in twin over twin bunks.  

Guest Bathroom: bathtub and shower, single vanity with concrete countertop, toilet.

Laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer.



Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and lying on the end of the beds. 



Rental Policies:

In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.



Things to bring:

Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.



Arrival/Departure:

Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm

Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm

Check-out is by 10 am. 

We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Elevator Policies:  

Please note, the elevator is for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA Compliance or Wheelchair accessibility. Although elevators are checked on a regular basis, Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable if the elevator is not operating or functioning properly during your stay. No refunds will be issued for these closures. 



Pool Notice: 

Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. Sea Coast Rentals/Owners will not be held accountable. No refunds will be issued for these closures.



Pet Policy: No Pets Allowed. While owners are allowed to bring their dog, St. Regis HOA does not permit travelers to bring a pet. 



Cancellation Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund.  If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Topsail Island is a hidden gem along the NC coast, known for its pristine beaches, crystal-clear waters, and charming coastal towns like Surf City. From sunbathing and swimming to fishing and surfing, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy on this beautiful island. Explore the local shops and restaurants, take a fishing cruise out with an area fishing guide, or simply relax on the beach and soak up the sun. With so much to see and do on Topsail Island, your vacation will be filled with unforgettable memories and moments of pure relaxation. Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shorelines. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, “Tops’l” as the locals call it, is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier. 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier, which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast. Privately owned shops, restaurants and attractions abound on Topsail, as well as the neighboring mainland towns.
