Welcome to Summer Winds #191, a Landmark Vacation Rentals home, which is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom pet-friendly vacation home in beautiful North Topsail Beach! Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, this second-row retreat is perfectly positioned directly across from the beach, offering easy and direct access to the sandy shores just steps away.

Wake up to breathtaking ocean views from the comfort of your private getaway and enjoy a day filled with sun, surf, and relaxation. Unwind in the hot tub on the deck, take a refreshing dip in your private above-ground pool, or challenge friends and family to a game of pool. The entertainment options include a pool table on the main living level (doubles as a dining table) and a dart board. Bring your pup along for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $300 per dog (two dogs max).

Please note, top bunks and trundles will not be made. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Wonderful family spot

Fantastic home with everything a family could ask for. Loved the location, pool, hot tub and all the extra beach items! Could not ask for a shorter walk to the beach or a better view. House was super clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back!

Great house and pool!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice and the pool was a bonus! House was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Nice house ocean front

Very nice house, great communication with the property owner. The only thing that would have made our stay easier, would have been either doors or baby gates. The steps from 1st to 2nd floor were really steep and wide open to the main living area, as well as the steps going up to the 3rd floor, which made it extremely hard to relax with active toddlers. Great house, just not real toddler friendly.
