• Community pool shared by just six other homes (open Apr–Oct). This is not a heated pool.
• All decks and balconies boast breathtaking water views, ideal for sunrise coffees or sunset cocktails.
• Kitchen includes a bar area with Beverage refrigerator holding 130 cans and additional cabinet space for groceries.
• Beds are already made when you arrive!
• We provide: Dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, garbage bags along with the Starter kit which includes bath soap, coffee pods and drip, creamers, sugars, and tea and additional paper goods to get you started.
• Private gas grill for our house plus a community charcoal grill shared by 6 units.

This property has several very RARE AND UNIQUE things that make it one of the best on the island. Compare these before booking other properties!

- The elevator goes all the way to the TOP floor master bedroom - many other houses do not.

- The very large BACKYARD green space is a rare find on the beach. Kids and adults alike love the space to run and play - close to the house and pool so adults can relax on the deck and see the kids in a safe, close area.

- The houses are angled - this means while sitting at the dining room table you are looking straight at the OCEAN and NOT the side of the neighbors house!

- The beaches are VERY uncrowded since there are only 5 other houses that share the immediate area. Some other townhomes have 20+ homes that overcrowd the pool and beach. Not here! Pool is open Apr 1 - Oct 31.

Fresh linens & bath towels are provided. A required linen fee applies. Beds are made prior to arrival. We do not provide beach towels.

• Maximum occupancy is thirteen (13) people, which includes children, toddlers and infants. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
• A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required for all reservations.
• The property is non-smoking / non-vaping. Smoking of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in the house or on the property.
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
• Events are not permitted on the property.
• Parking is provided for up to four (4) vehicles. No additional parking is provided.

Our Cancellation Policy supersedes the no refund option provided by VRBO and is included on our rental agreement.

Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Owner immediately in writing via email. Tenant acknowledges that cancellation by the Tenant does not relieve the Tenant from the specific terms of the Agreement. However, the Owner will make every effort to re-rent the Property for the specified period. If the Property is re-rented for the specified period, advanced rent payments will be refunded to the Tenant less any discounts/expenses required to re-rent and less the Travel Insurance Premium.
