Welcome to Annabelle’s Paradise, your premier ocean view retreat located on the serene shores of North Topsail Beach. This exquisite property boasts a private deep-water dock, perfectly positioned for easy access to the tranquil canal waters. Whether you’re heading out for a sunrise stroll, a full day of sun and surf, or a quick dip in the waves, getting to the beach is quick and hassle-free. The home is just steps from the sand - no need to pack the car or trek for miles!

Step inside to a bright and modern retreat with stylish updates throughout. Immerse yourself in the calm and coastal feel of the thoughtfully styled spaces, featuring soothing shades of ocean blue, sandy neutrals, and nautical accents. It offers four beautifully appointed bedrooms: one elegant suite with a queen bed and a luxurious en suite Jack and Jill bath; a second charming room with a queen bed; and two additional bedrooms, each outfitted with twin bunk beds and trundles. An additional full bath is located in the hall ensuring that up to ten guests can experience comfort and relaxation in style.

The open-concept living area is a breath of fresh air, featuring high ceilings and an abundance of natural light that create an inviting atmosphere for gathering. It’s the perfect backdrop for festive family game nights or cozy movie marathons. Cook with ease in the spacious kitchen stocked with everything you need — from pots, pans, and utensils to a coffee maker, blender, and more. Whether you’re whipping up beach snacks or a full family dinner, you'll find all the essentials to dine in comfortably. After dinner, step out back and catch a sunset from the screened-in porch or onto the expansive balcony, where the rhythmic sound of the ocean waves invites you to unwind. Pack light and stay fresh — enjoy the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer. All bed and bath linens are included; however, we do not provide beach towels.

(1) set of towels is provided for each person on the reservation up to the max capacity. A set of towels includes (1) bath towel, (1) hand towel and (1) wash cloth.

ISPM provides guests with a "Welcome Bag" to help kick your stay off on the right foot. Welcome Bags include a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, trash bags, laundry pods, dish pods, dish soap and sponge. Please, keep in mind that these are just to get you started and are not meant to be enough for a week's stay. Guests will be responsible for providing additional items.

The Best Beach Getaway!

One of the best beach getaways Ive had in years. It was a relaxing location with a stress-free atmosphere. I cant say enough about how helpful Hunter was before during and defiantly after, going above and beyond to try and help find something we left behind. Will definitely be going back!
