Welcome to Pellom's Perch. A Beautiful Oceanfront Couple's Retreat.

  • A 3rd floor, oceanfront, beach condo at Topsail Reef. Offering an unobstructed,spectacular view of the ocean. A rare experience on Topsail Island. At low tide you have a beautiful, secluded beach to enjoy the water and sand, or look for sharks teeth and shells. At high tide, sit on the balcony, watch for dolphins, or relax and read a book while listening to the waves and sea gulls. There's a public beach access a short, 3 minute walk away with plenty of beach during high tide. The tastefully decorated condo has everything you need to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. This condo was fully remodeled in May of 2026. See photos.
