"We stayed one night before our vacation; very clean, bar was open, close to the MOA and airport transportation was amazing and timely both there and back. I will be staying here again when we park and fly! "

"The room was great. The front desk man was awesome!! super friendly and helpful. The gym has all the equipment you'll need...fully booked and clean. The building is old. The pool and hot tub were both shut down. We did use the sauna and fitness room. The parking garage is in need of a renovation...it looks like it will collapse soon. Many temporary posts holding up the roof. This crown plaza is getting old...needs a face lift. The fire alarm went off when we were there and had to go down the stairs and out the outside stairs to get out. There were signs of homeless people sleeping on the fire escape. Blankets and pillows and drug Paraphernalia. "

"Upon arrival while checking in, one of the staff informed me that “there were no standard rooms” and that I would be upcharged for a double room. I booked through Expedia and it indicated there was a standard room available. Luckily someone else at the front desk informed the other person that my room should not be upcharged. I felt unwelcome at the jump, especially after my overseas flight had just been cancelled at the last moment making me scramble to find a place to stay. It was not a great start to my stay at this resort. "

"Room was clean, vouchers for drinks and breakfast, and was the perfect stop on our trip! Only hiccup was too many kiddos in the pool to enjoy it! Maybe longer adult pool hours! But that is just me being picky!"
