"This is a very good hotel, well-located and with many amenities. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed the bathtub in our bathroom, the pool, and the gym. There were a few minor deficiencies (sanitizing wipes seemed to have disappeared from the gym, where a weight machine pin was also stuck, and the water from the room tap was strangely hot), and there was no hot tub, but the pool water was warm and the sauna was hot, and this was the best hotel on our three-week Australia/New Zealand trip (and surprisingly not the most expensive)."

"This place has some bad reviews but we found it to be great for the price. Check in was easy, rang number on the door and the manager appeared with a key. The room was spacious. Yes it is older but it is clean, beds were comfy and towels and sheets looked new. Despite being on a main road and we were in unit #1 near the road it was quiet. Milford shops are 10 min drive and 24hr petrol places 1 min up the road."

"We loved the view ! We were able to see the ocean, food was fantastic and fun shops in walking distance. The hot tubs and pool and sauna were welcome after trekking about the beach all day. One mistake I made caused me to pay extra on the way home because my check in was over weight- I should have packed less and washed my clothes there. All in all great place to stay!"
