"I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Holis at the front desk of Hyatt House Bellevue. It was almost 10 p.m. when I walked into the hotel looking for a room due to an unexpected accident at my home. I was feeling stressed and frustrated, but Holis was incredibly professional, patient, and considerate. He not only helped me with my accommodation needs but also kindly shared tips on booking hotels through Expedia to save money. He patiently answered all my questions and helped ease my stress during a difficult time. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference to me. I would also like to thank the entire housekeeping and food service teams. Everyone was courteous, attentive, and thoughtful in taking care of our daily needs throughout our stay. This experience reminded me that exceptional hospitality is not just about providing comfortable accommodations but also about showing genuine care for guests. I highly recommend Hyatt House Bellevue. It will certainly be my first choice whenever I need a hotel in King County.
