Miracle Springs Resort & Spa
The room was old and had a musty smell. The hotel is in a not-so-safe area, so we had to bring our electric bikes into the room. The one plus side is that the mineral pool and hot tubs were wonderful.

Marriott's Shadow Ridge I-The Villages
We had one of the newly remodeled rooms 1531 we loved it. It was beautiful and a big improvement over the one we had last year. Thank you. Your upgrades are wonderful.

The Westin Mission Hills Resort Villas, Palm Springs
The rooms are a bit run down - chipped tiles, chipped bath tub, cobwebs, broken lights, etc. I was told that none of the amenities were closed but the hot tub was closed when I got there and never opened. Also why not have a bar at the quieter (and therefore more adult) pool? No one around to help ...
