"Very nice hotel"

"Smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room. When I got to my room, the door was latched and the bathroom door was closed as if the workers had been in there smoking. There was no continental breakfast—apparently this stopped this past November. I used to like this property a lot because it’s pet friendly with a great pool. I was disappointed to see that the side door (that I noticed was broken/didnt lock at my previous stay almost a year ago) was still broken and didn’t lock. Definitely made me feel uneasy about our safety. There were people partying and yelling down the hallway all night but the staff never made them stop "

"Pros: Staff very friendly and hotel very clean. Cons: breakfast was below average(many items low stock or unavailable) and poor quality. They did not have butter for two days. Ran out of coffee another day. Staff apologized for the lack of certain items. Pool was being worked on every day and was closed every day for a period of time while they figured out the chemicals. The hot tub was super foamy like a bubble bath and smelled odd and the pool area had such a strong chlorine smell that made it unenjoyable. Maintenance person was very friendly and let us know when he was working on the pool."
