Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.

Wish there was, more options of Restaurants, on the property. Even the snow lift were not open to the public. It waS our first time there- we arrived later than expected and still it took over an 1- hr for Capital Peak Snowmass lodge team to have our room available- which was inconvenient-being that we were exhausted and wanted to get to the room , unwind and relax

Great location, views, and club passes!

A bit difficult to find on the GPS, but once we did we were greeted by Snowmass Hospitality representative who directed us to our private parking place, met us there with a luggage cart, and took us to our 3rd floor unit. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, living room-dining room with HD TV and full Comcast cable, large bathroom with shower and tub, good sized bedroom with king bed, and porch balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the mountains. There is a convenience store and restaurants within 2 minute walk, and a full grocery store very close by. A really pleasant surprise was the passes to the Snowmass Club! The club had a family pool, adult pool, lap pool and whirlpool outside. The locker rooms had a steam, sauna, whirlpool, and all of the private club amenities. The staff was very helpful with directions to scenic sights. We were very pleased!

Comfortable and upscale with great views

Upscale and comfortable place to call our home away from home. Large complex with many amenities and responsive service from the front desk on all questions and requests! Nice views too!

The property and location were beautiful but we had no air conditioning for the first few days while temperatures exceeded 90 degrees and they did not change our room or give us any credit, using the excuse “because you booked through Expedia, you have to go through their customer service department”. Ironically, that’s exactly what they said when they made a mistake in the room reservation to begin with. If you are using Expedia to book with this company- beware. If you have an issue, they will somehow blame Expedia!

We absolutely loved this place (Luxury 1bdr)!! Probably the cleanest condo we have ever stayed, with everything supplied that a household would have! Centrally located, walking distance to everything in Snowmass Village! Beautiful grounds! Very quiet and private setup, didnt hardly run across anyone in elevator or halls. Plenty of parking underneath in the garage. I have nothing negative to say about this place at all! It is gorgeous!!

The location was perfect to get to the main lifts and restaurants. The ski equipment storage was also convenient. We had an issue with keys not working and a toilet, but those problems were handled immediately.

Pleasant Stay with a bit of inconvenience/Issue

Overall, my stay was pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful from check-in to answering questions. It was a bit of a inconvenience and confusing to get from the garage to the building C (I had to go through 2 different elevators and a sky bridge). The only issue I had was that I was promised a specific room on the fourth floor and I was provided an alternate room on the third floor.

Yes the hotel was nice the room we stayed in was nice however the staff was not very accommodating I they are refrigerator I did not work and it’s bro dollar food and I’m on a special diet also they gave us wrong directions to a 4 x 4 road because there’s fires in Aspen and we almost had life-threatening situations going on a 4 x 4 drive only which was not reported that it was a 4 x 4 only . Fabulous Snowmass Getaway

Our stay was amazing. While our stay was during Covid restrictions, the extra steps taken by the resort gave us reassurance we were safe. Great views, social distant restaurants and shopping, gondola rides and people watching from our balcony made for a great getaway.

Best place in CO!

Our trip to Hawaii was cancelled due to Covid. So we decided to drive through CO. From AZ started in Durango, Breckenridge, Vail then Aspen/Snowmass. We have to say our stay in Aspen/Snowmass was by far our favorite. So much so we extended our trip 6 extra days.

Clean and comfortable

It was clean and comfortable. We visited at the end of September to see the fall foliage. Barely any shops or restaurants were open- always had to go to aspen. However, during ski season, this location would be ideal. Would definitely recommend.

Our room and bathroom were very clean. The full kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, flatware, appliances (toaster, microwave, waffle iron), kitchen towels, etc. Our bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed having the fireplace during the cool evenings.

Wonderful Fall weekend Getaway

We had a great stay for our 10 year anniversary! My ONLY complaint was that there weren't any electrical outlets in the bathroom, but I improvised.
