  • Oversized 891 sq. ft Luxury apartment, Master One Bedroom with central AC, Master Bath with tub and shower. The space features a comfy king bed along with a queen sofa bed, perfect for rest after a day of adventure. You can soak in the hot tub after a long day on the slope or a cool down workout in the gym. There's also a cozy seating area with a fireplace to curly up with a good book.

    This is largest floor plan for one bedroom units in the Capital Peak building. Note: other one bedrooms tend to be a lot smaller. Great views off the large balcony. This Base Village unit offers the best ski-in, ski-out location in Snowmass Village, located in Capital Peak Building A, right next door to the Kid's Ski School drop off at the Treehouse. Steps away from restaurants in the base area or take a short Sky Cab Gondola ride to the Mall for access to more restaurants and shopping. The location is perfectly situated at the heart of the Snowmass Base area.

    The unit comes nicely furnished and ready for your stay, built new in 2008. Location, Location, and Location! Ski locker on village level, washer and dyer in the unit, parking space in parking garage, elevator access close to the unit, 2 hot tubs, and complete fitness area. Just 50 feet from the front door of the building to the Elk Camp Gondola. No pets or smoking. Hotel safe in unit.

    Living room and bedroom have HD cable TV's that have Apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime, U-Tube and movies and TV through XFINITY. 

    Includes one car in parking garage. Housekeeping rate is based on service every other day.
