Perfect location

Great spot in Snowmass

This was our first time skiing in Colorado, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The condo had everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, etc. for when we decided to eat in. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 tween/teen boys. The location was perfect-easy to get rental gear, go out to eat, and get groceries. We didn’t rent a car, but the buses and shuttles made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Great Snowmass condo

This is a fantastic 2br/2ba condo with excellent proximity to everything in snowmass. You are a five min walk to the mall, and a five min drive to Clark's. Great in ground hot tub just outside the front door and excellent swimming pool a 3 min walk down the hill. The laundry room (free) is right next to the unit - very easy access. Parking is free in the summer and a the lot is a two min walk from the front door. During winter, this is practically ski in / ski out based on the proximity of the ski area - you would just have to walk one building length and you are under the small gondola lift.

Simply perfect for our family of 6 (4 children below 7) and grandma who came to help. It is well appointed, kitchen is well-equiped with appliances, we did movie nights on the large TV in the living room on a couple of occasions, great internet (had to work remotely for at least 2 hours every day). nice fireplace, comfortable mattresses. It is near the slopes, we would drop the kids at ski school every morning and walk back, walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Bus to Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk stops not 20 yards away (as does the free village shuttle if you do not wish to walk back to the apartment with the groceries). I have been going to Snowmass most years since 2008 and staying at area hotels and this was a much better option: we really enjoyed our stay a lot more and it was significantly less expensive!

Excellent!

This way exceeded our expectations! It was a beautiful apartment with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, large living room with a beautiful gas fireplace and large smart TV, large dining room area with a bench and 4 chairs, lots of natural light, wood floors, very well-equiped kitchen (indeed we had breakfast and dinner at the apartment almost every day). It is a very short walk to the slopes, walking to the distance to the ski school/Treehouse (our 2 year old could walk there and back every day), walking distance to the restaurants at the village base/mall, Artisan is a stone's throw away. The grocery store is walking distance and there is a free village shuttle to get back with the groceries. The stop for the free bus to Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk is not even 20 yards away (and that stops at the airport even). We got locked out (our fault) and iTrip was there to open the door within 15 minutes of our call! Everything was clean, plenty of towels.

Everything was great! The condo was clean, rooms and bathrooms were nice and kitchen was well stocked. We came in the summer, so the fans in the closet were a nice bonus. I think our favorite part was that the hot tub was just a few steps from our room. The hosts were very communicative and responsive and there were lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Fantastic spot.

Spacious, quiet and clean- perfect for our family. We loved the location with easy access to the village and also enjoyed access to the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay

We just recently stayed at the Terracehouse for a week. The accommodations were very nice, clean, centrally located, and the ski in ski out aspects were absolutely fabulous! Would rent from these folks anytime we are in Snowmass.

Wonderful location

We loved our stay. Communication with the property manager was incredibly easy and they were always helpful. Super short walk to the slopes and the convenience of having the beautiful hot tub steps away was great!

Great location!

Staff was great, rooms had humidifiers total bonus! Walking distance to slopes made it ski in and ski out. Hot tub right outside unit and hotel next door allowed for quick coffee in am and breakfast buffet with kids!

Family spring break

We loved our stay. The location is perfect for getting to the slopes, mall, and Snowmass Village. Really no need for a car. The place was perfect for 4 people. We love the fireplace and kitchen. We would definitely stay here again on a ski trip.

Great early summer stay

We had a wonderful weekend getaway with our kids! We brought our mountain bikes and hit the trails. The pool was great for an afternoon swim and the kids loved the hot tub. We will definitely be back.

Nice place with everything you need

It was very nice to have use of the pool and gym next door. Easy walk over there. The jacuzzi, BBQ, table area was very close to the condo and very nice. The condo had everything and was very comfortable.
