With direct ski-in, ski-out access, this first-floor 1-bedroom condominium is the perfect mountain retreat for the avid skier or snowboarder. Featuring a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa, full kitchen & wood-burning fireplace, we welcome you to your own personal and cozy mountain retreat. After a busy day on the mountain, unwind in our on-site, two tier hot tubs. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.
Laurelwood 403 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

Worked for us!
Condo was as pictured. No real issues for us beyond loose outlets because they’re old, and oddly-low countertops. Unit has no control over heat so it was too warm for us but we opened windows to try to adjust. Instructions were clear except for the office hours. We would stay here again because it met our needs without being crazy expensive.
