This Standard Plus Rated 1 bedroom, 2 Bath unit has recently had an extensive kitchen remodel and is fully equipped with brand new appliances, Quartz countertops, and new kitchen cabinets. Enjoy the gas fireplace with a glass of wine on a cool summer evening or invigorating day on the mountain. The condo has a nice deck that offers expansive views of the valley and outdoor Weber barbeque grill. Bedding includes a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen leather sofa-sleeper in the living room. The owners have purchased upgraded internet for guests staying in 806. Offering a great value, located slopeside, with simple and close access to the ski slopes, no stairs to climb-super convenient! Professionally managed on-site by a local Snowmass team.

Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

Housekeeping service varies by season. Please call for specifics.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.

Our on-site ski shop Christy Sports, provides ski tuning, rentals, demos, and complimentary ski and snowboard storage as a guest of Stonebridge Condomiums.

Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.

One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.

Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.
