Property and staff were very good. My only unfortunate experience was with the Club which was advertised as an amenity when renting the (2) condos. Upon arrival it was explained that the pools were only available if the club members where not using them. The lap pool access was very important to this group and while the staff were very helpful in trying to accomodate after we checked in, the first impression from the club was that we were not welcome to use the pools and were asked to use the recreation center pool for an additional 450 fee over 3 days. Ultimately after seeing who the group was, that they were well trained athletes looking for a 1.5 hour workout first thing in the morning, not bothering any club members, it all worked out in the end. But definitely left a sour taste after our initial arrival.
